Yevhen Yurievich Tuzov (born August 7, 1986, in Mariupol) is a Ukrainian athlete, coach, and volunteer.
He is also a Thailand national wrestling team сoach since 2016. During Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he was the organizer and leader of the largest repository in Mariupol, which has been recognized by the UN as the deadliest place throughout the war and still is to this day. He was engaged in providing humanitarian assistance to the residents of Mariupol.

Currently providing medical institutions in the Donetsk region. On March 21, 2022, Eugene left for Dnipro with his family, where he founded the "Shater" hub for temporarily resettled people. More than 1300 IDPs took refuge in this hub and issued more than 3 tons of food packages for IDPs from Mariupol, who were in the city of Dnipro. "Shater" provides food, medicines, and necessities to several settlements in the front-line and front-line zones - Kostiantynivka, Sloviansk, Lyman, Yampol, Izium, and several settlements in the Kherson region.
